| 2012 - 2013 This project involved the renovation of an older small apartment with limited space and an irregular, problematic layout. In such cases one must take full advantage of every inch of available space to improve the living experience. This 70m² apartment required larger storage spaces and a radical redesign of the kitchen and bathroom areas to look roomier and more comfortable, though with limited modifications and a restricted budget. The kitchen and living room were consolidated increasing the apartment’s sense of depth. The original marble flooring that had been tiled over was carefully restored, while all new furnishings were custom designed to enhance the illusion of a deeper space. |
